How the desktop app works
Install the app on your shop computer and sign in. It keeps a copy of your medicines, batches and customers on the computer, so the counter can search, bill and print even when the internet is down.
Bills made while the internet is down are saved on the computer and sent to your account when the connection returns; the app also syncs every few minutes while connected. Other screens, like reports and settings, open when the computer is connected.

Not yet. The offline desktop app works in the Pharmacy edition only. General Trade billing needs an internet connection.
