FOR KIRYANA STORES
Sell by kg, packet or piece, keep every regular customer's khata, and know what to reorder. Barkat General Trade fits the way a mohalla store works.

And the Barkat feature that fixes each one.
Fifty regular customers, each paying at the end of the month. One lost page and that money is gone.
Udhaar khata with limits
Every customer has a ledger with a running balance. Set an udhaar limit and send a WhatsApp reminder in one tap.
Sugar, daal and rice go out in half-kilos and quarters, and the register only has round numbers.
Decimal quantities and units
Sell 2.5 kg or 0.75 kg. Give an item a second unit, like a 50 kg bag, and stock stays right in both.
You notice the cooking oil is finished when a customer asks for it.
Low-stock list
Set a low-stock level for each item. The low-stock filter shows what to buy on your next trip to the market.
Cash in the drawer doesn't tell you how much went out on udhaar.
Dashboard and day book
See today's sales, cash and udhaar on the dashboard, and each day's cash in and out in the day book.
